A- Relatively small oval box, appears to be mis-proportionate. Box itself is too tall for the diameter. Might not be Shaker. Pine bottom. Outside of box is stained reddish-orange. 2 lap jointed fingers to the right, secured with small round head copper nails. Inside of box is natural wood. Traces of red stain on bottom of box. Blue paper shipping and identification tag attached to bottom of box, reads "THE BERKSHIRE MUSEUM ANDREEWS #72". B- Lid to oval box stained a slightly darker shade of reddish-orange the the box. Lid has one finger pointing to the right and secured with copper nails. Top of box lid is pine; the rim is a different wood. Inside of box cover unstained.
