Blue on white paper. The four sheets are bound together with three staples on the left side of the page. There are creases on the pages where the sheets were folded into four sections. The edges of the pages are turning orange on the front side. The front of the paper is also orange along the creases. This gives the appearance of an orange cross on each page.
