Description |
The front has a white border with a drawing of the Pumping Station at Canterbury. In a smaller, white bordered box in the bottom left corner there is another drawing of the "Old Overshort Wheel." The writting on the left side of the back reads: "Sister Myra was very much pleased to have your greeting on her birthday. She often speaks of you and holds you very dear." On the right side of the printed blue line, the writting reads: "Sister Sadie Neal. New Lebanon. Shakers. New York." There is a green United States Postage stamp with the bust of George Washington affixed in the top right corner. Next to it is a circular stamp reading: "Canterbury N.H. MAR 15, 1941 |
