Black and white photograph of unidentified (Shaker?) man, small black border, lettered in gold at base reads name of photographer "C.R. Hollis, Pittsfield & Lee, Mass." Man is depicted with suit coat and high white collared shirt and bow tie, having long sideburns, large moustache and high forehead, written on back of photo is "To my Dear Friend-Anna M. Graves 3/8/88", mounted on cardboard as cabinet portrait. Note: Sr. Ann(a) Maria Greaves (1833-1914) of the Church Family, Mount Lebanon, NY; 2nd Eldress 1877-84. |
